Senior Product Designer

Location: Mumbai, Delhi

Responsibilities

• As a Product Design Lead, you will lead a team of Interaction designers, Visual Designers and UI Developers
• You will deliver path breaking UI paradigms for innovative features that no other product has
• You will explore multiple interaction paths, conduct UX research and deliver wireframes (in Balsamiq and Axure) and rich functional prototypes (in HTML, CSS, Javascript etc) for our real time communication suite across desktop, web and mobile
• You will work with motivated individuals who are passionate-beyond-measure about usability, to deliver a kick-ass user experience.

Skills

• You have 5+ years of experience in product design and user interface design for web, desktop or mobile applications
• You have a great sense of aesthetic and intuitive design
• You have mastered the art of information architecture and usability engineering and can always come up with a structured, logical, intuitive, simple and clean way of translating user stories into text, screens and flows.
• You are very comfortable with creating user interface prototypes and wireframes on paper, powerpoint, visio or prototyping tools such as Axure / Balsamiq
• You have a good knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript & Web standards
• You have experience in using visual design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel etc
• Your oral and written communication and articulation skills are immaculate and you can always come up with the perfect text for any given interface
• You are extremely process oriented and have excellent attention to detail
• You are an avid reader of Web 2.0 blogs and usability related material
