Guiding UX Principles

At Directi, we believe that a good user interface is invisible. Our job as the centralized UXD team is to remove all friction/hurdles which come in the way of our users and their task. We want to design for the most common tasks (80%) and make them dead simple. We want to create a kick-ass user experience for our products which are enjoyable and easy to use and quick to learn for our users.

Agile Approach to User Experience

At Directi, software engineering process is an Agile process. The centralized UX team at Directi, works
with our world class product engineering teams and get involved through the entire UX lifecycle of one or more projects, including gathering requirements, defining user stories, creating UX prototypes and wireframes, coordinating their implementation and integration, writing interface text, usability testing (pre and post development) and more.

In parallel to working with multiple agile teams on assigned projects the UX team also offers various research based suggestions and improvements which the product teams may incorporate in their iterations as a long term strategy.
