As a Senior Manager-Talent Acquisition you are charged with the responsibility of devising a recruitment plan for a complete ramp up of the above mentioned team. Prepare a case study outlining your strategy. Your case study should contain the following:

  • Define the structure of the Talent Acquisition Team as you foresee over the next 6 months for this organization
  • Describe a detailed recruitment plan covering -
    • The mix of sourcing strategies for attracting the above talent. Your sourcing strategy should include effective usage of conventional and unconventional sourcing methods
    • Detailed description on how you would use each of these sourcing strategies

    • Provide a comparative analysis of the various sourcing strategies, their cost analysis and potential ROI
  • Describe the possible steps in an interview process for some of the key positions listed above and the relevant rounds that candidates in those positions would go through
  • Internet Pro wants to ensure that each candidate that visits their offices for an interview, irrespective of whether they are selected or not, carry an excellent impression of the company. List down various aspects that Internet Pro will need to take care of as well as various initiatives you will need to implement to achieve this.
