Directi recruits talented individuals for tech and non-tech positions from the most premier B-schools, Engineering institutions, graduate schools across the country.
For the purpose of this case study, you are the Talent Acquisition Manager at Directi and are incharge of planning our campus branding and recruitment initiatives for engineering institutions. Prepare a 5 page written case study with the following -
Come up with a comprehensive list of branding initiatives that you will implement throughout the year with various engineering institutions and B-Schools, which will clearly place Directi amongst the preferred employers on campus. Detail out (3-4 paras) the implementation of atleast 4 such initiatives (2 pages max)
Come up with a skeleton structure (only nested bullet points - no details) of the presentation that will be delivered during placement time at these campuses by any of the functional managers (1 page)
Come up with a list of initiatives that result in ongoing engagement with students and placement heads from premier education institutions through the year. Detail out the implementation of atleast 2 such initiatives (1 page)
Come up with a budget that ascertains the cost of the initiatives you have described above (branding and engagement) (1 page)
